Start with the parking and the supply
For a home charger, we consider where the vehicle parks, the route from the electrical supply and how you expect to charge. For a workplace, the number of users, available capacity and future charging needs are useful starting points.
Charger choice is only part of the installation. We assess the existing supply and protection, cable route, mounting position and any load management needed before recommending a scope. Any required supply-provider involvement or additional work is identified as part of that assessment.
Installation, testing and a practical handover
We agree the installation and access arrangements, carry out the electrical work, test it and explain the charger’s everyday operation. Tell us if you have already selected or purchased a charger so compatibility and installation requirements can be checked before a visit.
OZEV installer registration relates to applicable UK Government grant schemes. It does not mean every property, charger or customer qualifies for funding. We discuss current eligibility for your project before including any grant assumption in the proposal.

Can you install an EV charger at a workplace?
Yes. We can assess workplace charging needs, available electrical capacity and installation routes. Please tell us the number of intended chargepoints, who will use them and whether future expansion is planned.
Can I buy a charger before speaking to you?
You can, but discussing it first helps avoid a charger that is unsuitable for the supply, location or intended use. If you already have one, send the make, model and installation information so we can review it.
Does OZEV registration mean my installation will receive a grant?
No. Funding depends on the current scheme, applicant, property and equipment requirements. We are OZEV registered and can discuss the applicable installation process, but eligibility needs to be checked for each project.
