A condition report on an existing installation is a different service from certification of new work.

Can you replace just a switch, socket or light fitting?
Yes. We take on smaller electrical work as well as larger projects. We check the proposed replacement and the existing installation before confirming what the work involves.
Can you install a bathroom extractor fan?
Yes. We can assess a new or replacement extractor fan, including the electrical connection, controls and route to an external outlet. Tell us whether there is an existing fan and where it is fitted.
Do you carry out EICRs for landlords?
Yes. We provide electrical inspection and testing for rented properties and explain the findings. Please send any previous report and let us know about access, occupancy and the deadline you are working towards.
